Taking exception to the order dated 17th July, 2015, granting conditional leave to defend, defendant has preferred this Petition. Pending Petition, by judgment dated 29th June, 2016 Summary Suit No. 3250/11 has been decreed. Regular Civil Appeal against the same judgment and decree is pending, before this Court.
