Mr. Dalvi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition, challenging the order dated 11th August, 2015 passed by the City Civil Court at Mumbai with liberty to take such proceedings as are available in law against the impugned order. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
