After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application. He, however, submits that considering that the Applicant was only 19 years of age at the time of incident and he is behind bars since October, 2019, the trial be expedited.

Considering this prayer, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, considering young age of the Applicant, the trial is expedited. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
