The above Petition is companion to Writ Petition No.9286 of 2016. The said Writ Petition has been withdrawn by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners on the instructions of the Petitioners on account of the out of Court settlement between the parties. The Learned Counsel Mr. B. N. Poojari seeks withdrawal of the above Petition which is a cross Petition. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
