For the reasons set out, the application is allowed on the following conditions:

(a) All office objections shall be removed on or before 10/03/2022 and on compliance of the said direction, the order dated 04/02/2022 would be recalled and the petition would be restored to the file, at the same stage at which it was dismissed. (b) If the above direction is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the petition shall stand dismissed.
