Both these applications are sent through the jail by the MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR original Appellant in Criminal Appeal No.174 of 2019. In both these applications he has submitted that he could not afford fees Nesarikar

Considering his repeated request, the Legal Services Authority of this Court is requested to appoint a suitable advocate from their panel to represent the Appellant in this case. The office shall hand over all the necessary papers to the appointed advocate.

With the result, learned counsel Mr. Vivek Arote is relieved from his responsibility of appearing in this Appeal. 4.

A copy of this order be sent to the Appellant/Applicant through the concerned Jail Superintendent.
