This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.2 of 2016 registered at Panchgani Police Station, Mahabaleshwar for offences punishable under Section 498(A), 323, 504, 506 & 510 of the IPC. 2.

Mr. Solkar, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant is totally a disabled person and the crime is registered after 12 years of marriage. He further submits that he wishes to file anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court, Satara. He seeks leave to withdraw the application and submits that the applicant be protected by way of interim bail till the time he files

The application for bail is dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant is protected for a period of 15 days by way of interim bail in order to enable him to file the necessary application before Sessions Court, Satara.

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.2 of 2016 registered at Panchgani Police Station, Mahabaleshwar, the applicant shall be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/ (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge, Pune. 4.

This order shall remain in force only for a period of 15 days from the date of the order.
