Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the civil application. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the petition shall be served upon the respondents through their respective advocates and also upon the newly added party within one week from the date of carrying out of amendment. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Reply, if any, by the newly added party shall be filed within two weeks from the date of service of the papers and proceedings and a
