The only substantive prayer as made in this petition reads thus:- "A By issuing a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the second appeal filed by the petitioner on dated 17.05.2021 expeditiously."

Considering the limited prayer, we direct that the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner be decided as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 8 weeks from today.
