When these applications for quashing the FIR under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 were filed, in fact, charge sheets were already filed before the concerned Court. There was no challenge to the charge sheets which was incorporated subsequently. Therefore, the applicants have a remedy available before the concerned Court. Considering the nature of the case, we are sure that if applications are made before the concerned Court for grant of discharge, the said Court will give necessary priority to the hearing of the
apl211-318 applications.
Subject to what is observed above, the applications are disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
