DATE: 1st MARCH, 2019 P.C.:- 1] By way of an interim order, taking into consideration that there was no error on the part of the Petitioner, we had directed the Respondent - MPSC to accept the application of the Petitioner in physical form and permit him to appear for the preliminary examination of MPSC.

2] We are informed that the MPSC has accepted the Petitioner's application in physical form and permitted him to appear for the preliminary examination held on 17/2/2019.
