The matter pertains to allotment of LPG distributorship pursuant to an advertisement dated 29th March, 2013 issued by the Respondent No.2 - HPCL. There is no stay / interim order obtained in the Writ Petition in respect of the allotment of LPG distributorship to the Respondent No.1.

It appears that the Petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the Petition due to passage of time as the allotment has already been made to the Respondent No.1 as far back as in the year 2013 and there is no stay operating till date against the Respondent No.1.
