Civil Application is taken out for restoration of Civil Application No.423 of 2002 which was dismissed on 28 January 2015. None appears when the matter is called out. The learned counsel for the Respondents points out that by order dated 19 October 2000 the Appellant is restrained from divulging a confidential information regarding manufacturing of certain chemicals. The Civil Application for stay of injunction is pending since 2002. The is no question of staying the order of injunction of this nature after 16 years. Therefore even if the application which is sought to be restored, is restored, it has no merit. There is no point restoring such Civil Application. This Civil Application is accordingly dismissed.
