Heard. The application is filed for recall of the order dated 6th March 2017 and restoration of the above writ petition to the file by condoning delay of 308 days.

The above writ petition was placed for orders before the Court on 6th March 2017. On that day, the Court passed following order :

"1.

We direct the Petitioner to supply second set of the petition to the Registry within a period of three weeks from today. If second set is not supplied within stipulated time, the petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court." 2.

The above conditional order was not complied with by the Applicant / Petitioner and therefore, writ petition stood patilsr 1 / 2

dismissed automatically as per the self-operating order. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant now makes a statement that the objection regarding second set of the petition would be removed within the period of three weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. The Applicant has given sufficient explanation for the condonation of delay that occurred in filing present application. In that view of the matter, we allow this application in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b). Writ petition is restored to the file.
