Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Revision Petition itself has been disposed of on 4 th June, 2016 by the Revisional Authority. In that view of the matter, a challenge to the impugned order, which merely permitted an intervention would not survive. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
