Though Writ Petition was not in board, the same was taken on board by consent of parties.

It appears that the original Respondent / Mrs Motiarani Premsingh Arora expired on 9th March 2012. This fact was informed to the Petitioner on 18th September 2013 and the names of heirs was also set out in the said letter. Despite this, till date, no steps have VRD 1/2

CAW1712.16 been taken to bring the heirs of the deceased original Respondent on record. In view of the aforesaid, Writ Petition No.4128 of 2003 automatically abates. The interim relief granted in terms of prayer clause (c) of Writ Petition also stands vacated forthwith. 2.

In view of the abatement of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Civil Application and the same is disposed of accordingly.
