This is an application for relaxation of condition Nos. (ii) and (iii) imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 20.6.2017. The said conditions are as under:- (ii) The applicant is directed to attend Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai once in fortnight on every Saturday between 10.00 am to 12.00p.m. till further order.
(iii) The applicant is directed to stay out of the jurisdiction of the Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai and he will not enter the said jurisdiction except for the purpose of attending the police station as Page-1/2

The record indicates that the investigation of the present crime is completed and therefore, condition No. (ii) can be modified and the applicant can be directed to attend the Dahisar Police Station on every first Saturday of the month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial. The said condition is accordingly stands modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Dahisar Police Station on every first Saturday of the month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till the conclusion of trial.
As far as condition No.(iii) is concerned, the record indicates that, after considering the attending circumstances of the present case the same has been imposed and the same need not be modified at this stage . However, the applicant is permitted to file a fresh application for modification of the said condition after the appeal preferred by the application before the School Appellate Tribunal is decided by the concerned authority.
