This motion is taken out seeking permission to amend the petition and implead respondents 12A, 12B and 19. 2.

It appears that it is the contesting respondents, who pointed out that the said persons are necessary parties. It is in view of such objection that interim application is moved. Interim application is allowed. Petition and miscellaneous application be amended within a week.

Issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 8.7.2022. In addition to regular mode of service, private service is permitted.

Ad-interim order shall continue to operate till the next date of hearing.
