Both the parties are present before the Court, along with their learned counsel and submits that, the matter is amicably settled between them and they are residing together since last August, 2017. It is also submitted that, they will be approaching the Family Court for disposal of the matter, in view of this amicable settlement. 3.

In view thereof, this Miscellaneous Civil Application, having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
