Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to appear before the Sessions Court to file an application for cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrant and to apply for bail. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.
