1] The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 made a grievance that, despite intimation in writing to the learned counsel for the applicant about service of the present application and its annexure, till date the complete compilation of the present application has not been served upon her. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to furnish entire compilation of the present application to the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 within a period of one week from today, failing which the application shall stand without further reference to this Court.
