The applicant who is accused in Crime No.136 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 395, 307, 353, 332, 155, 109, 324, 323, 427 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 5 of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1887, Section 65(E) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, Sections 27, 135 of the Mumbai Police Act, 1951 and Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4), 3(5) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

13-BA-2806-2021.odt Crime Act, 1999, has filed both these applications for bail. 2.

It appears that applicant has initially filed Criminal Bail Application No.712 of 2020 on 4 March 2020. During pendency of the said application, the applicant has filed Criminal Bail Application No.2806 of 2021 on 4 August 2021.

The applicant in Bail Application No.2806 of 2021 has stated that she has not filed any other application in this Court or Supreme Court of India or in any other Court in relation to the subject crime. 4.
