The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Original Application No. 346 of 2020 before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short). The same is pending and not yet decided. The learned counsel submits that the pleadings are completed. 2.

It is submitted that the original application is fixed for final hearing since August, 2021. The petitioner is seeking appointment. 3.

We are not aware of the number of matters pending before the Tribunal. The petitioner may make an application before the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the original application. The Tribunal certainly would consider the exigency in the matter and may take a decision with regard to the expeditious disposal. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
