The grievance of the Petitioner is that the order dated 4 October 2022 has not been complied with by the prosecution. 2.

According to her, bail conditions does not permit the Petitioner to visit Mumbai save and accept date of hearing. This is causing business loss to the Petitioner. She, therefore, prayed for expeditious disposal of the trial. However considering the reasons in paragraph 4, fault cannot be found with the order impugned . 3.

Considering the submissions made, it is directed that, clause 1 of the order dated 4 October 2022 shall be strictly complied with by the prosecution.
