Perused the application. The learned counsel for the Respondents opposes the application for condonation of delay. The cogent reason is given in the application as to why delay of 113 days occurred. In the circumstances, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) on condition of payment of cost of Rs.500/- to Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 4A (in toto), within a period of four weeks from today.

Place the appeal as per its C.M.I.S. date after all office objections are removed.
