After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before the Commissioner of Police Navi Mumbai as also to Regional Labour Commissioner, Mumbai in regard to the grievance of the petitioner against respondent nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. He submits that the Authorities be directed to look into the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate steps as may be permissible in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, we allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition. The representation as aforesaid may be filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today. On receipt of the said representation, the Authority shall look into the representation and shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.

The Petition is disposed of.
