Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 23014 of 2010. Since there is delay in filing the application, affidavit has been filed by the counsel for the applicant explaining the delay. We find that the writ petition was dismissed by the Registry for non compliance of the office objections. However, as the counsel for the petitioner was not aware of the office notings, he could not remove the objections and for non removal of the office objections, the petition stood

Having considered the stand taken in the Civil Application as also in the affidavit, we are satisfied that there is sufficient cause for non filing of the application within time. We also find that there was sufficient cause for non removal of the office objections within time. As a result, the delay in filing the application is allowed. We allow the Civil Application and restore the writ petition to its original number. The petition be listed for admission on 24.10.2016. Civil Application disposed of.
