So far as relief claimed in prayer clause (a) is concerned, no relief can be granted in respect of the future complaints that may be made against the petitioner.

So far as relief claimed in prayer clause (b) is concerned, in our considered view, this petition can conveniently be disposed of Uday S. Jagtap
783-15-wp=.doc by directing the Commissioner of Police, Thane to look into the grievance made by the petitioner in his complaint dated 16.11.2014, copy of which is annexed at Exh. 'N' at page 18 to the petition. Ordered accordingly. The Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.
The learned APP shall communicate this order to the Commissioner of Police, Thane forthwith.
