At the outset, Mr. Mundargi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that as the Charge-sheet is not fled, he has instructions to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after fling of the Charge-sheet.
