Heard learned counsel for the parties. This Application is preferred by the National Insurance Co. Ltd. for substituted service on Respondent Nos.2, 3, 4, 6 and 7.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Application , we satisfy that the case is made out by the Applicant. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :-
CAF783.18.sxw "(a) that the Civil Application be made absolute and Notice be issued to Respondent Nos.2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 to publish the Notices in 2 newspapers, one in English 'Free Press Journal and one in Marathi in Nav Shakti.;"
(b) Notice be published in newspapers, one in English 'Free Press Journal and one in Marathi 'Nav Shakti'; (c) Civil Application is disposed off.
