P.C. :- 1) The learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application, with further liberty to approach the Sessions Court, seeking temporary bail on medical grounds of the father of the applicant. The Sessions Court shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of the application and shall consider the application on its own merits.

2) Application stands dismissed in the facts and circumstances of the present case. The learned Sessions Court shall decide the application seeking temporary bail on the same day on which it is filed.

Waghmare 14.BA.2644.14 wt.appp.180.15.doc 3) Criminal Application No.180 of 2015 in Bail Application No.2644 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn. In Criminal Application No.2644 of 2014, the learned counsel for the applicant shall remove office objections within one week from today. 4) Stand over to 16.03.2015.
