The above applications are filed for quashing the subject FIR bearing CR No.41 of 2014 registered with Alibaug Police Station,at the instance of respondent No.2, for the offences punishable under Section 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
