Learned APP has tendered across the bar, the affidavit in reply, same is taken on record.

Upon perusal of the reply it appears that Tahsildar- Man (Dahiwadi) taking recourse to the provisions of sub section 7 & 8 of Section 48 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 has passed the order on 11th April 2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, petitioner has already filed appeal challenging the said order passed by Tahsildar- Man (Dahiwadi). In that view of the matter all the contentions raised on merits in this petition are kept open to be agitated before the Appellate authority. Protection granted by this Court by order dated 12th June

Bhagyawant 41 wp 803-19.doc 2019 to continue for further period of four weeks, so as to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate reliefs before the Appellate authority. It is made clear that no prayer for further extension of protection will be entertained under any circumstances.
