That this Hon'ble Court be please to permit the Applicant to be carry out amendments in the cause title of the captioned Appeal from Order No.531/2015 as indicated in para 6 of the instant Application i.e. (i)to delete the Respondent No.1 from the array of the Respondents, and (ii)to add Proposed Respondent as Respondent no.4 in the array of the Respondents." 4) Consequential amendments to be carried out within two weeks from today.
