In fact, the purpose of the writ petitions now does not survive. The writ petitions were filed challenging order of transfer. The petitioners are now retired. Interim order was operating in favour of the petitioners. It is submitted that now only dispute is about the period between May 2019 and August 2019.

It is submitted that the Board is already constituted for taking decision for regularization of absence period. As the Board is already constituted (page 24 of the interim application), it is

68-WP.1691.2019 for the Board to take a decision upon the same. The Board shall take decision upon the aspect of application for regularization of the absence period of the petitioners, within 3 (three) months. 3.

The writ petitions as well as the interim application are disposed of.
