Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 414/2018 registered with Bhosari Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under sections 306, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is applicant has abetted the death of his wife.

The marriage took place in 2005 and the victim and applicant

2 14.544.19 ba.doc were blessed with son and daughter. The prosecution case is applicant used to raise doubts on the character of victim which has prompted her to commit suicide.

Perused investigation papers. Charge-sheet in the matter is already filed. Statement of son of applicant does not take this Court to draw an inference of prima facie involvement of the applicant in the crime in question.

(A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 414/2018 registered with Bhosari Police Station, Pune on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
