Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the respondent No.3 to decide the petitioners' application for stay file in Appeal (Exh.L) as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the application for stay is decided no coercive steps be taken against 1/2

906. WP 2802-18.doc the petitioners for recovery of the amount which is subject matter of the appeal. It is also made clear that in case any adverse order is passed on said application, the same shall not be given effect for a period of four weeks enabling the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy.

We also expect that the Authority will decide the appeal itself within a period of eight months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
