Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He submitted that he was not informed by the applicant, that he had filed an bail application earlier, being Criminal Bail Application No.1316 of 2015 and, that the same was withdrawn vide order dated 27th August, 2015. He submitted that therefore he intends to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application setting out the true and correct facts.
