1] The applicant is granted interim relief by an Order dated 28th February 2017.

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the Intervener-Original Complainant at length. 3] It is the allegation against the applicant that, he threatened the first informant from desisting to pursue the crime bearing No.497 of 2014 and Court proceedings initiated by him.

Dond aba.332-2017.sxw 4] After taking into consideration the nature of allegations, this Court is of the view that, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the crime is not necessary.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 28th February 2017 is hereby confirmed.

5] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6] In view of disposal of the A.B.A. No. 332 of 2017, Criminal Application No.348 of 2017 does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed off. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
