Since the order under Section 351 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 1888, is sought to be taken exception to by way of the above Petition, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks transfer of the above Petition to the Original Side of this court. The Petition is accordingly transferred to the Original Side. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner to carry out appropriate amendment in the Petition as would be required for a Petition filed on the Original Side. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day. Liberty to move the appropriate court on the Original Side of this court.
