The offence is registered with Virar Police Station, with section 294 34 of Indian Penal Code.

If the Applicant has not taken bail from the concerned Court, he may do so and Court may grant him bail of appropriate amount.

Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of. Accordingly, Interim Application is also disposed of.
