This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure for anticipatory bail.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.4 of 2020 registered at Bhadrakali Police Station, Nasik for the ofences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent / State. 4.
The allegations against the present applicant, who is the husband of the complainant, and other co-accused are of cruelty, demand of dowry and misappropriation of stridhan. 5.
The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the prosecution has already fled the charge-sheet against the Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2
6-aba-568-20.doc applicant and other co-accused on 5 October 2020. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. In the result the following order is passed.
ORDER
A) The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. B) In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 4 of 2020 registered at Bhadrakali Police Station, Nasik for the ofences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
