Dr. Kantawala appearing for petitioner in Writ Petition No. 2467 of 2022 states that petitioner will approach Adjudicating Authority for Corrected / Modified Order as per Speaking to the Minutes of the Order passed on 18.08.2022 2 of 3
provisional release of goods and submit all documents to Adjudicating Authority. Dr. Kantawala states that Adjudicating Authority be directed to consider petitioner's application within a time to be fixed by this Court.

Mr. Jetly states that if petitioner wishes to approach Adjudicating Authority, petitioner may do so and the case of petitioner will be considered by Adjudicating Authority in accordance with law. 3.
Petitioner may approach Adjudicating Authority for provisional release of goods and Adjudicating Authority may consider petitioner's application and dispose the same in accordance with law preferably within six weeks from today. We would clarify that any order to be passed by Adjudicating Authority shall be a reasoned order. 4.
Writ Petition No. 2467 of 2022 dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
As regards the other petitions which are listed today, counsel states that by mistake, these petitions got tagged with Writ Petition No. 2467 of 2022. These petitions be listed for admission on 25th July, 2022.
