The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submits that SLP No.56667/17 is filed by the present applicant/accused before the Honourable Supreme Court and said SLP is likely to come in this week before the Honourable Supreme Court and therefore he prays that the protection granted earlier by an order dated 03/02/2017, be extended for two weeks. 2.

By way of last chance, the order dated 03/02/2013 is modified and interim protection granted is extended upto 06/03/2017.
