This MCA seeks transfer of a matrimonial proceeding between the parties from Khed to Bhiwandi. After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the MCA may be disposed of against the statement of learned Counsel for the Respondent, after taking instructions from his client, that his client shall bear reasonable expenses of the Applicant in attending the Court proceedings at Khed, Pune. Accordingly, the MCA is disposed of by directing the Respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- on each of the Applicant's appearances towards conveyance and daily expenses. Such amount shall be paid upfront on each day of hearing when the Applicant attends the Court. The MCA is disposed of accordingly.
