Mr. Uday Warunjikar i/b Bha for the applicant. Mr. S.H.Yadav, APP for the State.
API Dhanes Satardekar from Gamdevi police station. CORAM: BHARATI DANGRE, J.
DATED : 22nd SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- On 12/12/2020, a direction was issued not to arrest the applicant. The said order remains in force till date. Today, the learned APP states that the investigation is almost complete, but the amount is not recovered. He is just reminded that the C.R pertains to the year 2020 being registered on 29/1/2020 and it is high time that the investigation should have been completed. In any case, merely because the amount is not recovered, is no ground not to file the charge-sheet, since interim protection was granted in favour of the applicant, but he was not directed to go to the police station, I deem it appropriate to confirm the said order subject to his stipulation that the Tilak
