This is application for fixing Criminal Appeal No. 1299 of 2013 for hearing.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that applicant has been convicted under section 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act. The applicant has good case on merits. The sword of conviction is hanging on his head. Appeal is admitted on 2013. 3.

Learned APP submitted that several such appeals are pending in this Court and no priority can be given to the present appeal. No ground is made for listing the appeal out of turn. Interim Application No. 669 of 2022 is rejected.
