Mr. Singh the learned counsel appearing for Appellants in these Appeals, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Appeals. According to Mr. Singh the Orders impugned are not appelable under provisions of Order 43 of the Code of Civil Procedure. He would accordingly seek liberty to file Writ Petitions to challenge the Orders impugned in the present Appeal 2.

The Appeals are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that in case of any issue arises about delay or latches in filing Writ Petitions, the period spent in prosecuting the present Appeals would be taken into consideration. SANDEEP V.
