Admittedly, in the present case after completion of investigation police have submitted charge-sheet on 7th May, 2015 before District and Sessions Court, Thane.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to contest Sessions Case No. 389 of 2015 arising out of C.R. No. 62 of 2015 registered with Rabodi Police Station, Thane, before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
