After arguing for some time, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant relief, Mr. Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, prayed for unconditional withdrawal of the appeal. 2.

Permission is granted.

Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and disposed of as such.

However, considering the fact that the appellant was arrested on 23.09.2020 and has a small child, the trial is expedited. The learned trial Judge shall make an effort to complete the trial as far as possible within a period of one year from today.
